Do you want to return a product? We have listed the requirements for you below. You can return products purchased from Surfskipoint by post or in a  branch  submit (1). Third-party products can only be returned by post.

(1)  In the branches we can only accept products that can also be ordered for collection. Products that are too large or heavy must be returned by post.


1.  Return period

The return periods apply from the date of dispatch or collection. For the return is the date of the postmark or the  personal return is decisive.


1.1.  30 days right of return on products purchased from Surfskipoint

Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased from Surfskipoint can be returned within 30 calendar days.


1.2. 14 days right of return on products purchased from third parties

Subject to the exceptions below, products that have been purchased from other retailers or third-party providers via our online shop can be returned within 14 calendar days.


2.  No  refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:

  • For damaged items (with the exception of transport damage)

  • If the original packaging is not available

  • When the tags and labels have been removed

  • When accessories are missing


3.  Refund Value

If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:

Full refund on purchase price:

  • The item is in its unopened, undamaged original packaging

  • Clothing and shoes:  Reimbursement of the purchase price, provided the following conditions are met: No signs of use, labels on the item of clothing and original packaging

Discount depending on the condition of the goods (at least 10% or at least CHF 10):

  • The article was opened or used (exceptions: see 2.):

Individual examination

  • Item with damaged packaging


4th  Return costs

The postage costs for the return of articles are generally borne by the sender. In the following cases, the return costs will be covered by Surfskipoint:  

  • With clothes or shoes

  • When you receive an item other than the one you ordered

  • In the event of incorrect information in the online shop

  • When receiving an item that has not been ordered

  • Upon receipt of an incomplete product
